崗位職責:
1、sqe負責保障供應商所供原材料的質量,在進料檢驗、生產(chǎn)過程檢驗、客戶抱怨等,只要是由于供應商供貨物料質量缺陷引發(fā)的,都要及時反饋供應商要求其改善; 2、sqe負責追蹤確認供應商的改善報告(8d)及實施效果,必要時可進行現(xiàn)場審核檢查; 3、sqe負責制定進貨檢驗部門(iqc)的檢驗規(guī)范及檢驗計劃,并適時對檢驗員進行培訓指導; 4、sqe可以參與供應商初始樣品的評估放行工作; 5、sqe每個月或每個季度,對現(xiàn)有供應商的質量狀況進行統(tǒng)計評分,對評分較低的供應商提出限期改善要求; 6、sqe參與新供應商開發(fā)與審核,與采購、研發(fā)部門一起對新供應商進行考核打分,確定其是否可以成為合格供應商
